Duties and responsibilities

• Implementing Human Resource policy and procedures and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Participating in the talent acquisition and placement process and on-boarding new employees.
• Coordinating training programs
• Implementing & coordinating performance management programs.
• Managing and maintaining employee medical and wellness scheme.
• Maintaining compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resource management from a recognized university
• Must be Prepared to serve anywhere in any of the business areas in Kenya
