We are seeking to recruit a competent HR Officer who will be responsible for supporting the functions and operations of the Human Resources department and should be willing to work within Nairobi and surrounding counties.

• Support in recruitment; prepare job descriptions and manage the hiring process.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Understand and implement labor laws.

Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. This includes diplomacy, empathy, and conflict resolution. Organizational and Time Management: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Technical and Analytical: Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also needed. Knowledge-Based: A strong understanding of employment law, compensation, benefits administration, and health and safety regulations. Leadership and Development: Ability to mentor, coach, and train employees. Strategic thinking and a proactive approach are also crucial.

• Must have a degree in Human Resources, higher diploma or CHRP.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a busy environment.
• Self starter.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
