Position: Human Resource Officer

Company: Cliffneck Enterprises Limited

Location: Kerugoya, Kirinyaga County

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage payroll and statutory remittances accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies and all regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff.
• Handle employee records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support performance management and staff development.
• Address employee concerns and promote good workplace relations.
• Oversee attendance and leave management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Kenyan labor laws
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems.
• Self-going - Minimal supervision needed.
