Background

Career Curve Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a leading organization in the manufacturing sector seeking to appoint a highly accomplished Human Resources Director to provide strategic HR leadership across the East Africa region. This is a senior executive role responsible for driving the organization’s regional human capital strategy, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning people initiatives with long-term business growth.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
• Must be a Certified HR Practitioner (IHRM / CHRP or equivalent)
• Proven experience providing strategic HR leadership across multi-country operations
• Strong expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and HR governance

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 180

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
