The IBDP Geography and Business Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in accordance with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) framework. The role involves planning and teaching engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback, while ensuring a smooth learning experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in IBDP Geography and Business, following the IB curriculum and assessment standards.
• Prepare, assess, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to progress reporting.
• Support students in developing independent research and analytical skills.
• Provide academic guidance and extra support to students who need additional help.
• Offer mentorship, career guidance and subject related advice.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies and promote good behavior among students.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, with a specialization in Geography and/or Business.
• At least 5 years' experience teaching the IBDP or similar international curriculum.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to student-centered learning and the IB philosophy
