Requirements for Appointment

Certificate in ICT, Computer Science or related field. KCSE Mean grade C- or equivalent

Basic knowledge

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience

Prior experience in ICT support will be an added advantage.
