Job Summary 

Tech-driven minds wanted! We are looking for an active, tech-savvy ICT Intern to maintain our network, software, and hardware infrastructure. You will play an essential role in resolving immediate technical queries, supporting digital literacy labs, and ensuring smooth computing systems across the institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tech Support: Assist with hardware troubleshooting, operating system updates, local area networks, and lab maintenance.
  • Reporting: Assist in drafting basic assessment checklists for computing assets and inventory progress reports.
  • Mentorship Help: Provide technical support and share basic tech literacy skills with young trainees.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain high levels of professionalism, data integrity, security compliance, and proactive teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant ICT field from a recognized institution.
  • Core Skills: Good communication, technical troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Competencies: Solid knowledge of hardware components, basic networking, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attributes: High levels of professional integrity, organized habits, and strong time management skills.
  • Added Value: Relevant field certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+) or active student body membership is an added advantage.
