Consolidated Bank of Kenya Ltd is a leading financial institution committed to providing innovative banking solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Manager to lead our Business Systems & Applications division.
Responsibilities or duties
The ICT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all business systems and applications. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring system reliability and security, and aligning IT strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage. Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Experience needed
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on business systems and applications, is required. Experience in the banking sector is highly desirable.
