JOB DETAILS:
Background
Do you have a passion for technology, creativity, and hospitality? We are looking for a skilled ICT Officer to manage our ICT infrastructure, digital presence, and social media platforms.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years ICT support experience (hospitality experience is an added advantage).
- Knowledge of PMS & POS hotel systems.
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting & networking skills.
- Proficiency in social media management & digital marketing.
- Basic skills in graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) & video editing.
- Creative, communicative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
