ICT Systems and Support Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, email, printers and network issues.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Assist in maintaining LAN, wireless networks, Microsoft 365 and business applications.
- Support user account administration and password management.
- Maintain ICT asset inventories and software licence records.
- Support antivirus management, system updates, backups and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Maintain ICT documentation and prepare periodic ICT reports.
- Support ICT projects and perform any other ICT-related duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' relevant ICT support experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking.
- Knowledge of ICT security principles.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft or CCNA will be an added advantage.
