ARKLIGHT is seeking qualified, passionate, and dedicated teachers to join its academic team. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality instruction, supporting learners' academic progress, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment across the relevant curriculum levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the relevant curriculum and learning objectives.
  • Teach and assess learners according to the requirements of the assigned subjects and levels.
  • Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, assignments, tests, and examinations.
  • Monitor and evaluate learners' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support learners with different learning needs and abilities.
  • Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive student behaviour.
  • Prepare learners adequately for IGCSE and A-Level examinations where applicable.
  • Encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication, and independent learning.
  • Maintain accurate academic and attendance records.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, school activities, and co-curricular programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student achievement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Education or a relevant teaching qualification.
  • Relevant subject specialization for the position applied for.
  • Strong knowledge of the British curriculum, particularly Key Stage, IGCSE, and A-Level requirements where applicable.
  • Relevant teaching experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to learners' academic and personal development.
  • Professional, organized, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
