Mission
The immigration officer will be the first point of contact to deliver accurate immigration advice to clients whether in person, via email or telephone, carry out immigration applications as necessary and maintain comprehensive confidential records while providing high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Checking all documents provided by the client are accurate, correct and confirming all legal documents.
- Ensure completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Preparing online applications for the Immigration unit within the allocated timelines
- Assist the senior Immigration Officer in developing and implementing output strategies for the Immigration unit
- Managing and updating client’s database and allocating project status on CRM and the platform
- Sharing weekly updates and final documents to clients via the platform
- Contributing to field work and following up with local administration
- Assisting the senior immigration officer with designing immigration solutions for clients
- Advising clients on their immigration status in detail, discussing all options available to them
- Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Services to ensure that the process runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Business Administration, Social Sciences, Management Studies, or any other relevant courses
- Able to work with tight deadlines and ambitious targets
- Problem-solver and strong ability to make things happen
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer use competency (Office 365, Microsoft Teams, CRM, Perfex, etc.)
- Planning and organizing skills
- Proficiency in English and any other official languages
