Purpose of the Role:
As an Influencer Manager at Dentsu, you will lead the development and execution of impactful influencer marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and creators to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while shaping long-term influencer strategies that position Dentsu as a market leader in influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Architecture
- Develop comprehensive influencer strategies aligned with client objectives, together with the assigned Influencer Executive.
- Define KPIs, tiering frameworks, and creator ecosystem models.
- Identify hero creators and manage long-term ambassador programs.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment across creative, media, and digital teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as an escalation point for Brand Managers and client stakeholders.
- Align on budgets, creator selection, and performance expectations.
- Present strategic recommendations, campaign insights, and learnings
Governance, Risk & Compliance Oversight
- Oversee contracting compliance, usage rights, and IP management.
- Approve leave handovers to protect brand continuity.
- Monitor compliance with music rights, boosting windows, and campaign policies.
Financial Oversight & Payment Management
- Validate influencer fees against approved budgets.
- Oversee invoice submission compliance and expedite payments with Finance.
- Escalate delayed payments to protect creator relationships.
Performance & Insights
- Review campaign reports prior to client circulation.
- Extract cross-brand insights to inform future strategies and optimize ROI.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead and mentor Influencer Executives.
- Standardize processes and implement operational SOPs.
- Manage workload distribution and escalation management.
Business Growth & Brand Positioning
- Identify opportunities to elevate influencer activity into brand authority initiatives.
- Support innovation in experiential and large-scale activations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5 years in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record in executing influencer campaigns and managing creators.
- Strong negotiation, client management, and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and emerging trends.
