Responsibilities or duties
The Information Systems Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and assistance to users on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
- Assisting in the management of IT inventory and assets.
- Documenting IT procedures and user guides.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A first-level university degree in Information Technology or a related field is desirable.
Experience: At least three years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS), common office applications, and basic network troubleshooting. Knowledge of IT service management tools is an asset.
Experience needed
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
