Responsibilities or duties

Interpretation of contract drawing and specification for use in costing structures, comparing details and other works on sites; Site supervision of government and institutional buildings under construction; Enforcement of site supervision standards; Monitoring site progress; Preparing weekly / monthly progress reports; Preparation of schedules of material for building; maintenance activities and any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: - Diploma in any of the following fields: Building and Civil Engineering; Construction Technician Part III; or its equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution.

Level of Education: associate degree
