JOB DETAILS:
Overall Objective of the Job
Responsible for supporting the production process by making Machine, Auxiliary and Utility standard available for production. As well meet the electrical standard need of factory.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Minimum National Diploma (OND) in Instrumentation and process control or its equivalent.
At least 5` years’ experience in electrical and electronics operations.
Knowledge and Experience
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance of engineering resources,
- PLC design and troubleshooting,
- Hydraulic faults troubleshooting,
- Pneumatic faults troubleshooting,
- Handling of Electronic cards and devices,
- Calibration knowledge,
- Diagnostic & trouble shooting skills,
- Multiskilling,
- Safety requirements and procedures.
- Injection Moulding Process setting and operation.
- IML Robots setting, maintenance and operation.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
