JOB DETAILS:
Role
Provide expert care for critically ill patients in the ICU, lead a multidisciplinary critical care team, make evidence-based decisions, ensure patient safety, and participate in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
MD / DNB in Anaesthesiology, Pulmonary Medicine, or Critical Care Medicine.
Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (FCCM) or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICU (post-qualification).
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
