Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic International Sales and Account Management Associate to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in expanding our reach and impact in international markets, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

The International Sales and Account Management Associate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive international market growth.
  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities and potential partners.
  • Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Passion for social impact and improving access to healthcare.
