BIMAS Kenya Ltd is a leading microfinance institution committed to empowering communities through accessible financial services. We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Interns in our Field Offices across various locations in Kenya. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and individuals looking to gain practical experience in the microfinance sector.
Responsibilities:
Interns will be assigned various tasks within the field offices, which may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with client registration and onboarding.
- Supporting loan application processing and documentation.
- Conducting field visits for client follow-ups and loan recovery.
- Participating in community outreach programs.
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping.
- Supporting branch operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in a business-related course.
- Minimum KCSE C plain.
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to field locations.
- Basic computer literacy.

Embu, Ngara (Nairobi), Nakuru, Marimanti, Maua, Nanyuki, Machakos, Nyahururu, Kitengela, Makueni, Tala, Kitui, Kibwezi, Mwingi, Nkubu, Kerugoya, Kiritiri, Nyeri, Mwea, Thika, Matuu, Runyenjes, Kiambu, Meru, Chuka, Emali, Laare, Kasarani, Loitoktok, Siakago, Kikuyu, Murang’a, Naivasha, Rongai, Utawala, Karatina, Voi, Taveta, Zombie.
Urgent Locations:
Marimanti, Zombie, Loitoktok, Tala, Makueni.

This internship program is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience and mentorship within the microfinance industry. Successful interns may be considered for future employment opportunities based on performance and availability.
