Mission Description

Based in KBL Kisumu Warehouse Operations and reporting to the Operations Controller, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -

Daily review of All SAP data postings (issues, receipts and transfers) by TRH and SAP team and feedback given to the team for correction.

Daily review of Physical daily counts and feedback given to physical inventory supervisors daily for corrections.

Following up on warehouse shorts and excesses reported in daily counts.

Execute stock take monthly.

Daily physical vs system reconciliation for beer, Keg UDV. Reconciles all receipts from Trade dispatches, inter warehouse transfers and reversals.

Reconciles breakages for Kisumu and develops weekly and monthly breakages reports detailing reason codes and partner responsible

Reports and presents inventory status on a weekly basis in contact review, HOD and inventory meetings

Conduct Kisumu Beer, Keg, UDV Empties stock take, request approval and post in SAP

Escalate and obtain variance explanations daily for Kisumu and follow up on closure of all variances reported in daily reconciliation

Provide guidance to SAP Data clerks on all system reversals.

Profile

Business Degree in Finance/Accounting or Operations/Supply Chain Management

Professional Certification in CPA/ACCA/APICS/CIPS is an added advantage.
