Role Context

This IT Manager position is for a prestigious Ultra Luxury Beachfront Hotel located in Mombasa. The role requires a skilled IT professional to oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's information technology infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel's IT systems, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT data and systems.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Oversee IT projects and upgrades.
• Manage IT budget and vendor relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT systems management.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
