Role Summary:

We are hiring an IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and IT systems.
• Manage Office 365/Google Workspace, cloud services, and database management.
• Provide technical support and user assistance to staff.
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement IT policies and best practices.
• Support IT projects and system upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, ITIL) are an added advantage.
• 3–5 years' experience in systems administration and IT support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and user support skills.
• High integrity, technical reliability, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
