Key Responsibilities
Client Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Itinerary Preparation: Create tailored itineraries based on client requirements.
Invoice Management: Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
Customer Support: Handle booking updates, feedback, and resolve travel issues.
Sales Contribution: Support weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Language: Excellent command of the Norwegian language.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in tour consulting or hotel operations.
Destination Expertise: Proven experience selling Kenya and other East African including Tanzania and Uganda. destinations,
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
Flexibility: Willing to work varied hours when required.
