General Purpose

Our client, a well-established company in the automotive industry, seeks to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven Key Accounts Representative to be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts while driving sales performance and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture assigned key customer accounts to ensure sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue potential new key clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide strategic insights to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and ethical business practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field (Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent).
  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in account management and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading tasks.
