JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
Provide professional beauty, skincare, nail care, makeup, and wellness services to clients while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and creating a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment. Successful candidates may specialize in one or more beauty service areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver professional beauty and wellness treatments according to the assigned specialization.
- Consult with clients to assess their beauty and personal care needs.
- Recommend suitable beauty products and aftercare advice to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper sterilization of tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records where applicable.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Promote salon or spa products and services to support business growth.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, techniques, and beauty products.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Massage Therapy, Makeup Artistry, Nail Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or professional training in the area of specialization is an added advantage.
- Valid practicing license where required by local regulations.
