 Looking for a teaching job in Kenya? Egerton University is hiring a Lecturer to deliver prepare course materials and contribute to curriculum development and academic excellence. The role is based in Nakuru and teaching experience at the university or research/industry is required.

Responsibilities or duties

Prepare course materials and contribute to curriculum development and academic excellence.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Applicants MUST have the following academic/professional qualifications and requirements:

  • An earned PhD in Agricultural Economics from recognised university.
  • Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from recognized University.
  • Have at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level or research/industry.
  • Have a minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points as a Lecturer or equivalent, of which at least sixteen (16)) must be from refereed scholarly journals.
  • Be registered with the relevant professional body (where applicable)

Experience needed

At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level or research/industry.
