Responsibilities or duties

We are looking for a Legal Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality candidates for legal industry positions.

Qualifications or requirements

1-3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field

Strong research and candidate identification skills

Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms

Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful mindset

Experience supporting legal recruiting is a plus, but not required

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other recruiting channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct market research and candidate mapping
• Engage with potential candidates and assess initial fit
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity
