ABOUT THE ROLE

The Loader will assist in the physical loading, offloading, and movement of pharmaceutical products and supplies ensuring safe handling, accurate counts, and full compliance with health and safety standards.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and offload pharmaceutical goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Assist in arranging, stacking, and organising stock in the warehouse
• Handle all pharmaceutical products with care to prevent damage or contamination
• Support the Store Attendant with stock counts, receiving, and issuing
• Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and PPE guidelines at all times
• Work collaboratively with the store, logistics, and dispatch teams
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the loading and warehouse areas
• Report any damaged, missing, or suspicious goods to the supervisor immediately

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum KCSE / Form 4 certificate
• Physically fit, strong, and able to handle heavy loads safely
• Honest, hardworking, reliable, and punctual
• Knowledge of basic warehousing and safe manual handling techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours including early morning and weekend shifts
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or pharmaceutical store is preferred
