We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Intern to join our Njoro Branch and gain hands-on experience in microfinance while contributing to real community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and field activities
• Assist in loan application processing and documentation
• Conduct client follow-ups and repayment tracking
• Participate in market outreach and client engagement
• Support branch operations and reporting

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and work in the field
• Self-driven, organized, and reliable
• Familiarity with Njoro and surrounding areas is an added advantage
