Platinum Credit Ltd is a leading microfinance institution in Kenya. We are seeking to recruit dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities or duties
As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, assessing loan applications, disbursing loans, and managing loan portfolios. As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of loan officers, ensuring targets are met and providing guidance and support.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the microfinance sector, and a proven track record in sales and customer service. A degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Experience needed
Previous experience in loan origination, credit analysis, or sales within the financial services industry is required. Experience in a leadership role is preferred for the Team Leader position.
