Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive intern to serve as a key point of contact for their restaurant partners. Your primary responsibility will be visiting partners to help them improve operational performance, boost engagement, and strengthen their relationship with our client’s platform. You will focus on operational excellence while reactivating and supporting disengaged partners to grow their sales and activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to restaurant partners to educate them on operational best practices and support their growth.
- Performance Recovery: Visit disengaged or underperforming partners to identify specific challenges, improve sales, and drive successful re-engagement.
- Operational Monitoring: Proactively monitor and address key performance metrics, such as low uptime, order cancellations, and menu quality.
- Partner Relationship Management: Act as a professional representative and the main point of contact for partners during every visit.
- Feedback Loop: Gather insights from partners and share actionable feedback with internal teams to help improve tools, processes, and communication.
- Reporting: Track and report on visit outcomes, partner performance, and engagement trends to support ongoing initiatives aimed at improving partner health and satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: A degree or diploma in a Business or Social Sciences related field.
- Background: A commercial background is preferred, as this role involves high-volume interactions and partner management.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable, as the role involves managing a high volume of calls and field visits.
- Professional Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Mindset: You are coachable, proactive, and willing to learn. You are comfortable in the field and results-oriented, with a strong drive to hit targets and solve partner problems.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic capability in data tracking and reporting.
