Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery and proactive, professional on-site communication.
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities in accordance with KONE maintenance methods and safety standards.
  • Accurately record and report all work performed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, site contacts, and end-users.
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment during service operations.
  • Identify potential site risks and communicate any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Identify and recommend unplanned repairs based on equipment condition and operational requirements.
  • Obtain customer approval for repairs not covered under contract and carry out the required work.
  • Complete and submit timesheets and service documentation accurately and on time.
  • Support the achievement of service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction targets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the elevator and escalator industry is essential.
  • Experience working on both KONE and non-KONE equipment is advantageous.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic IT proficiency and the ability to use digital service tools and reporting systems.
  • Ability and willingness to perform service calls using a motorcycle.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
