Job Purpose Statement

The End Point IT Specialist Officer’s primary objective is to support the IT Technical Operations Management within the bank in terms of Repairs (Hardware & Software Fault Diagnosis).

Key Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

Service Monitoring 70%

Ensure IT Technical Operations Management within the bank in terms of Repairs (Hardware & Software Fault Diagnosis) is handled with a lot of integrity, transparency and very professional at all times.

Save Cost 40%

• Ensure that no unnecessary procurement is done.
• Perform frequent inventory as will be requested.
• Clear records of Assets being held

Job Specifications

Academic qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Professional training:

ITIL Foundation would be an added advantage

Desired work experience:

• Adequate understanding of the various banking business systems and computer operations processes.
• Demonstrable experience working in a professional IT environment.
• Sound knowledge of Information technology.

• Support the IT Technical Operations Management within the bank in terms of Repairs (Hardware & Software Fault Diagnosis).
