Requirements Lead the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and sales. Optimize offline and online marketing channel strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI. Ensure all marketing initiatives align with Mjengo’s objectives and brand positioning. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Support implementation of CRM strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. 3 years’ proven experience preferably in the construction or real estate industry. Excellent understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
