Responsibilities or duties

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kenya for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans, conducting market research, identifying key trends, and analyzing data to inform decision-making processes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and supporting sales efforts to meet business objectives.

Qualifications or requirements

Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing to develop strategic campaigns

Strong skills in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities

Excellent Communication skills for effective internal and external coordination

Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer engagement and business growth

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in the retail or bedding solutions industry is a plus
