📍 Based in Nairobi | Frequent Field Travel
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, boost market presence, and lead our marketing initiatives across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Achieve B2B boiler sales and conversion targets
🔸 Generate qualified leads, follow up with clients, negotiate deals, and close sales
🔸 Deliver engaging technical presentations to clients and stakeholders
🔸 Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions
🔸 Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base nationwide
🔸 Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for briquettes and related energy products
🔸 Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
🔸 Mentor and train sales team members to enhance performance
🔸 Prepare accurate and timely management reports
🔸 Perform additional duties to support organizational goals
