Job Summary:

The Phadam Hospital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to develop and implement marketing strategies, generate leads, and build customer relationships. The successful candidate will promote the hospital's services and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in marketing or sales; hospital/healthcare experience is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, Microsoft Office Suite, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Photoshop).
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, generate leads, and build customer relationships.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and social media management is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
