Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join the team at a prestigious Ultra Luxury Beachfront Hotel in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional massage services that enhance the well-being and relaxation of guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Consult with clients to understand their health history, any specific concerns, and desired outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized massage therapy institution.
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional massage therapy setting. Experience in a luxury hotel environment is a plus.
