Our portfolio spans pharmaceuticals, consumer health, animal health, as well as medical and laboratory equipment and consumables, serving hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals across Kenya, Uganda, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing: Present, promote and sell pharmaceutical products to existing and prospective customers and achieve agreed sales targets. Identify customer needs, build strong relationships and provide suitable product solutions.

Service Excellence: Stay updated on industry best practices, promotional trends and the latest clinical data to support effective engagement with healthcare professionals. Monitor developments in the health sector and adapt strategies to support business growth.

Customer Service: Conduct regular customer visits, manage existing accounts, secure orders and support payment collection. Address customer complaints and product return issues by providing timely and effective solutions.

Reporting: Submit accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports while ensuring proper use of reporting systems. Gather and share market intelligence on pricing, products, competitor activities and industry trends.

Adaptability & General Support: Demonstrate flexibility, initiative and resilience by embracing change and supporting additional responsibilities assigned by the management in line with business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related course.

Previous experience in the marketing of pharmaceutical products is preferable.

At least 4 years of field sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a refined ability to coach and motivate the sales force.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage vendors and internal stakeholders professionally and resolve issues collaboratively
