Job Summary
Responsible for veterinary medicines sales and marketing, collections and overall customer service satisfaction in the Central Rift Nakuru.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing Sales and Marketing action plans to achieve set qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Identifying and recruiting new customers.
- Identifying Business Growth Areas for existing portfolio.
- Distributor Account Management.
- Technical Product Trainings to the Distributor Technical Staff and animal health professionals. Collation and Preparation of Monthly Sales, Cumulative Sales performance and Product performance reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Animal Health or Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery with a maximum of 3 years' experience in Veterinary Pharmaceutical sales.
- Licenced and Retained (2025) by the Kenya Veterinary Board.
Competencies
- Strategic thinker.
- Great interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent customer management.
- Creativity, Adaptability, ability to multi-task.
- Ability to research on market trends.
