JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Merchandisers to join our team and ensure excellent visibility and availability of Unga products in assigned outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent visibility and availability of Unga products in assigned outlets.
- Arrange products on shelves and ensure proper display.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
- Ensure pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards are adhered to.
- Achieve volume, distribution, and sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement is KCSE certificate with mean grade C-.
- At least 1 year experience in merchandising or a similar role (FMCG experience is an added advantage).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to work in Nairobi County.
Work Hours: 8
