Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a results-driven Merchandising Supervisor to lead merchandisors, drive market growth, and manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate merchandising team to achieve targets
• Drive sales growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition
• Manage key accounts and build strong client relationships
• Analyze performance and provide insights for decision-making
• Ensure effective coordination with operations, logistics, and other departments

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchandising role as a supervisor or senior position, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG
• Good understanding of Packaging materials (woven, laminated, PP bags, etc.)
• Proven track record in achieving targets and growing customer base
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan market (modern and general trade)
• Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and supermarkets
