Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards.
  • Create and recommend cocktails, signature drinks, and beverage pairings to enhance the customer experience.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing excellent service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies and report shortages when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Work closely with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth bar operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink recipes, and beverage presentation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of bar equipment, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service.
