Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards.
- Create and recommend cocktails, signature drinks, and beverage pairings to enhance the customer experience.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies and report shortages when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Work closely with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth bar operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink recipes, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of bar equipment, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service.
