Job Context

This role is for a Mixologist at an ultra-luxury beachfront hotel in Mombasa. The position requires a skilled individual to craft exceptional beverages and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Create and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Develop innovative cocktail recipes and menu items.

Maintain inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.

Ensure a clean and organized bar area.

Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender.

Knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage ingredients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
