Background

Our client based in Kiserian, Kajjado County is seeking a dedicated individual to join the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach music lessons aligned with the Kenyan CBC curriculum.
• Lead and manage the school choir, bands, and musical ensembles.
• Organize school concerts, performances, and cultural activities.
• Encourage student creativity, performance skills, and appreciation of music.
• Maintain musical instruments and resources.
• Support co-curricular music clubs and activities.
• Mentor students in developing musical techniques and expression.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or Performing Arts.
• TSC registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience in a CBC-compliant high school.
• Proficiency in at least one musical instrument.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
