AMACO Insurance is expanding its team and looking for experienced, driven, and results-oriented individuals to join us as Non-Motor Unit Managers. If you’re passionate about business growth, relationship management, and delivering tailored insurance solutions, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Business related Diploma or Degree
• At least two years experience in general insurance sales
• Must have completed Certificate of Proficiency (C.O.P)
• Optimistic outlook towards a career in sales and life in general
• Self discipline with high levels of determination

What you’ll do:

• Identify, recruit and mentor a high caliber of intermediaries to acquire non- motor insurance business
• Motivate, supervise and assist the team of intermediaries in promoting the growth and development of non- motor insurance business
• Identify markets and introduce the company's non- motor products to existing clients

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12
