Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Itinerary Preparation: Create tailored itineraries based on client requirements.
• Invoice Management: Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
• Customer Support: Handle booking updates, feedback, and resolve travel issues.
• Sales Contribution: Support weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Language: Excellent command of the Norwegian language.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in tour consulting or hotel operations.
• Destination Expertise: Proven experience selling Kenya and other East African including Tanzania and Uganda. destinations,
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization: Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
• Flexibility: Willing to work varied hours when required.
