Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, basic nursing care and emergency response.
• Manage minor illnesses, injuries and health complaints. with appropriate referrals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and treatment registers.
• Monitor learners with known health conditions and coordinate healthcare plans.
• Support health education, hygiene and disease prevention programmes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Valid practising licence.
• First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years' relevant nursing experience, preferably in a community health or similar setting.
• High level of confidentiality and professional ethics. Good knowledge of child and adolescent health.
