Provide administrative and clerical support

Manage incoming calls and emails.

Handle office supplies and inventory..

Ensure office cleanliness

Ensure warm reception of visitors

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Diploma in in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in a donor funded research project.

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically word, excel and power point.

Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills

Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.
