WE'RE HIRING
Operations – Officer
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate or global equivalent qualification is an added advantage
- 0-12 months of experience preferred in Travel & Tourism or the service industry
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office with good typing speed
- Strong communication skills in English and local language
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with confidence
- Adaptable, alert, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- NB; Ability to speak fluent Arabic is a Must
